We will arrange the earliest possible shipping schedule based on the customer’s needs to transport items to the destination. No storage fees will be charged while waiting for the shipping schedule. If customers need their items stored in our warehouse after packing and collection, we can provide secure storage services and offer detailed additional storage quotes based on the customer’s requirements.
After the goods arrive at the destination port, they will go through customs clearance. We will deliver the goods to the customer’s home on the earliest available working day after clearance. If the customer is unable to receive the goods and requires storage services, our local delivery partners will arrange secure storage in monitored warehouses to prevent theft and environmental damage. All destination storage services will incur additional fees, and we will provide quotes based on the customer’s needs.
